53 Then he brought out jewels set in solid gold and silver for Rebekah, and lovely clothing; and he gave many valuable presents to her mother and brother. 54 Then they had supper, and the servant and the men with him stayed there overnight. But early the next morning he said, “Send me back to my master!”
55 “But we want Rebekah here at least another ten days or so!” her mother and brother exclaimed. “Then she can go.”

53 Then the servant brought out gold and silver jewelry and articles of clothing(A) and gave them to Rebekah; he also gave costly gifts(B) to her brother and to her mother. 54 Then he and the men who were with him ate and drank and spent the night there.
When they got up the next morning, he said, “Send me on my way(C) to my master.”
55 But her brother and her mother replied, “Let the young woman remain with us ten days or so;(D) then you[a] may go.”
