Genesis 25:28-30

28 Isaac loved Esau because [a]he had (A)an appetite for hunted game, (B)but Rebekah loved Jacob.
29 And Jacob had cooked (C)stew. And Esau came in from the field, and he was [b]famished. 30 Then Esau said to Jacob, “Please give me a swallow from the red stuff—[c]this red stuff, for I am [d]famished.” Therefore his name was called [e]Edom.

Genesis 25:28-30
New International Version
28 Isaac, who had a taste for wild game,(A) loved Esau, but Rebekah loved Jacob.(B)
29 Once when Jacob was cooking some stew,(C) Esau came in from the open country,(D) famished. 30 He said to Jacob, “Quick, let me have some of that red stew!(E) I’m famished!” (That is why he was also called Edom.[a])(F)
