¹⁴For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him.

¹⁴for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So the Philistines ^(A)envied him.

⁹“Because the patriarchs were jealous of Joseph,^(A) they sold him as a slave into Egypt.^(B) But God was with him^(C)
