²¹Isaac said to Jacob, “Please come near, that I ^(A)may feel you, my son, whether you are really my son Esau or not.”

²¹Then Isaac said to Jacob, “Come near so I can touch you,^(A) my son, to know whether you really are my son Esau or not.”

²²So Jacob went near to Isaac his father, and he felt him and said, “The voice is Jacob’s voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau.”

²²Jacob went close to his father Isaac,^(A) who touched^(B) him and said, “The voice is the voice of Jacob, but the hands are the hands of Esau.”
