Genesis 30:29-31

29 Jacob answered:
You've seen how hard I've worked for you, and you know how your flocks and herds have grown under my care. 30 You didn't have much before I came, but the Lord has blessed everything I have ever done for you. Now it's time for me to start looking out for my own family.
31 “How much do you want me to pay you?” Laban asked.
Then Jacob told him:
I don't want you to pay me anything. Just do one thing, and I'll take care of your sheep and goats.

New International Version
29 Jacob said to him, “You know how I have worked for you(A) and how your livestock has fared under my care.(B) 30 The little you had before I came has increased greatly, and the Lord has blessed you wherever I have been.(C) But now, when may I do something for my own household?(D)”
31 “What shall I give you?” he asked.
“Don’t give me anything,” Jacob replied. “But if you will do this one thing for me, I will go on tending your flocks and watching over them:
