⁵⁴ Then Jacob ^(A)offered a sacrifice on the mountain and called his ^[a]relatives to eat a ^[b]meal; and they ate ^[c]the meal and spent the night on the mountain.

⁹ Then Moses went up ^[a]with Aaron, ^(A)Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel, ¹⁰ and ^(B)they saw the God of Israel; and under His feet ^[b](C)there appeared to be a pavement of sapphire, ^[c]as clear as the sky itself. ¹¹ Yet He did not stretch out His hand against the nobles of the sons of Israel; and ^(D)they beheld God, and they ate and drank.
