24 And all those who went out of the gate of his city listened to Hamor and Shechem. Every male was circumcised, all those who went out of the gate of his city. 25 And it happened that on the third day, while they were in pain, two of the sons of Jacob, Simeon and Levi, the brothers of Dinah, each took his sword and came against the unsuspecting city and killed all the males. 26 They killed Hamor and his son Shechem with the edge of the sword, and they took Dinah from the house of Shechem and went out.

New International Version
24 All the men who went out of the city gate(A) agreed with Hamor and his son Shechem, and every male in the city was circumcised.
25 Three days later, while all of them were still in pain,(B) two of Jacob’s sons, Simeon(C) and Levi,(D) Dinah’s brothers, took their swords(E) and attacked the unsuspecting city,(F) killing every male.(G) 26 They put Hamor and his son Shechem to the sword(H) and took Dinah(I) from Shechem’s house and left.
