Good News Translation
10 (A)God said to him, “Your name is Jacob, but from now on it will be Israel.” So God named him Israel. 11 (B)And God said to him, “I am Almighty God. Have many children. Nations will be descended from you, and you will be the ancestor of kings. 12 I will give you the land which I gave to Abraham and to Isaac, and I will also give it to your descendants after you.”

New International Version
10 God said to him, “Your name is Jacob,[a] but you will no longer be called Jacob; your name will be Israel.[b]”(A) So he named him Israel.
11 And God said to him, “I am God Almighty[c];(B) be fruitful and increase in number.(C) A nation(D) and a community of nations will come from you, and kings will be among your descendants.(E) 12 The land I gave to Abraham and Isaac I also give to you, and I will give this land to your descendants after you.(F)”(G)
