17 And when her labor was the most difficult[a] the midwife said to her, “Do not be afraid for you have another son.”[b] 18 And it happened that when her life was departing (for she was dying), she called his name Ben-Oni.[c] But his father called him Benjamin.[d] 19 And Rachel died and she was buried on the way to Ephrath (that is, Bethlehem).

17 And as she was having great difficulty in childbirth, the midwife(A) said to her, “Don’t despair, for you have another son.”(B) 18 As she breathed her last—for she was dying—she named her son Ben-Oni.[a](C) But his father named him Benjamin.[b](D)
19 So Rachel died and was buried on the way to Ephrath(E) (that is, Bethlehem(F)).
