Genesis 35:8-10

8 Deborah, the one who had nursed and raised Rebekah,[a](A) died and was buried under the oak south of Bethel. So Jacob named it Oak of Weeping.[b]
9 God appeared to Jacob again after he returned from Paddan-aram, and He blessed him. 10 God said to him:
Your name is Jacob;
you will no longer be named Jacob,
but your name will be Israel.(B)
So He named him Israel.

New International Version
8 Now Deborah, Rebekah’s nurse,(A) died and was buried under the oak(B) outside Bethel.(C) So it was named Allon Bakuth.[a]
9 After Jacob returned from Paddan Aram,[b](D) God appeared to him again and blessed him.(E) 10 God said to him, “Your name is Jacob,[c] but you will no longer be called Jacob; your name will be Israel.[d]”(F) So he named him Israel.
