30 Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan. These are the Horite tribal chiefs, listed according to their chiefs in the land of Seir.
31 These are the kings who ruled in the land of Edom before a king ruled over the Israelites. 32 Bela, Beor’s son, ruled in Edom; his city’s name was Dinhabah.

30 Dishon, Ezer and Dishan. These were the Horite chiefs,(A) according to their divisions, in the land of Seir.
The Rulers of Edom(B)
31 These were the kings who reigned in Edom before any Israelite king(C) reigned:
32 Bela son of Beor became king of Edom. His city was named Dinhabah.
