30 chief Dishon, chief Ezer, and chief Dishan.
These are the chiefs among the Horites,
clan by clan,[a] in the land of Seir.
Rulers of Edom
31 These are the kings who reigned in the land of Edom(A)
before any king reigned over the Israelites:
32 Bela son of Beor reigned in Edom;
the name of his city was Dinhabah.
