30 Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan; these are the clans[a] of the Horites, clan by clan[b] in the land of Seir.

31 These are the kings who reigned in the land of Edom, before any king reigned over the Israelites. 32 Bela son of Beor reigned in Edom, the name of his city being Dinhabah.

The Rulers of Edom(B)

31 These were the kings who reigned in Edom before any Israelite king(C) reigned:

32 Bela son of Beor became king of Edom. His city was named Dinhabah.
