Genesis 37:33-35
Darby Translation
33 And he discerned it, and said, [It is] my son's vest! an evil beast has devoured him: Joseph is without doubt rent in pieces!
34 And Jacob rent his clothes, and put sackcloth on his loins, and mourned for his son many days.
35 And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him, but he refused to be comforted, and said, For I will go down to my son into Sheol mourning. Thus his father wept for him.

33 He recognized it and said, “It is my son’s robe! Some ferocious animal(A) has devoured him. Joseph has surely been torn to pieces.”(B)
34 Then Jacob tore his clothes,(C) put on sackcloth(D) and mourned for his son many days.(E) 35 All his sons and daughters came to comfort him,(F) but he refused to be comforted.(G) “No,” he said, “I will continue to mourn until I join my son(H) in the grave.(I)” So his father wept for him.
