³⁴So Jacob ^(A)tore his clothes, and put on a sackcloth undergarment over his waist, and mourned for his son many days.

New International Version

³⁴Then Jacob tore his clothes,^(A) put on sackcloth^(B) and mourned for his son many days.^(C)

¹³Then they ^(A)tore their clothes in grief, and when each man had loaded his donkey, they returned to ^(B)the city.

¹³At this, they tore their clothes.^(A) Then they all loaded their donkeys^(B) and returned to the city.
