Genesis 39:20

²⁰So Joseph’s master took him and ^(A)put him into the prison, the place where the king’s prisoners were confined; and he was there in the prison.

New International Version

²⁰Joseph’s master took him and put him in prison,^(A) the place where the king’s prisoners were confined.

But while Joseph was there in the prison,

¹⁵For ^(A)I was in fact kidnapped from the land of the Hebrews, and even here I have done nothing that they should have put me into the ^[a]dungeon.”

¹⁵I was forcibly carried off from the land of the Hebrews,^(A) and even here I have done nothing to deserve being put in a dungeon.”^(B)
