25 ¶ And Adam knew his wife again, and she bare a son, and she called his name Seth: for God, said she, hath appointed me another seed for Abel, because Cain slew him.
26 And to the same Seth also there was born a son, and he called his name Enosh. Then began men to [a]call upon the name of the Lord.

New International Version
25 Adam made love to his wife(A) again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth,[a](B) saying, “God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.”(C) 26 Seth also had a son, and he named him Enosh.(D)
At that time people began to call on[b] the name of the Lord.(E)
