Adam’s descendants
5 This is the record of Adam’s descendants. On the day God created humanity, he made them to resemble God 2 and created them male and female. He blessed them and called them humanity[a] on the day they were created. 3 When Adam was 130 years old, he became the father of a son in his image, resembling him, and named him Seth.

When God created mankind, he made them in the likeness of God.(C) 2 He created them(D) male and female(E) and blessed them. And he named them “Mankind”[a] when they were created.
