²³All the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty-five years. ²⁴Enoch walked with God, and he was not found, for God took him.

²⁵Methuselah lived one hundred eighty-seven years, then became the father of Lamech.

²³Altogether, Enoch lived a total of 365 years. ²⁴Enoch walked faithfully with God;^(A) then he was no more, because God took him away.^(B)

²⁵When Methuselah had lived 187 years, he became the father of Lamech.^(C)
