¹⁴ Is anything impossible for the Lord?^(A) At the appointed time I will come back to you, and in about a year she will have a son.”

¹⁷ Oh, Lord God! You yourself made the heavens and earth^(A) by your great power^(B) and with your outstretched arm. Nothing is too difficult for you!^(C)

⁶ The Lord of Armies says this: “Though it may seem impossible to the remnant of this people in those days, should it also seem impossible to me?”—this is the declaration of the Lord of Armies.

³⁷ For nothing will be impossible with God.”^(A)

²¹ because he was fully convinced^(A) that what God had promised, he was also able to do.^(B)

²² Therefore, consider God’s kindness and severity: severity toward those who have fallen but God’s kindness^(A) toward you—if you remain in his kindness.^(B) Otherwise you too will be cut off.^(C)
