²¹ And the man, wondering at her, remained silent so as to know whether ^(A)the Lord had made his journey prosperous or not.

^40 (A)But he said to me, ‘The Lord, ^(B)before whom I walk, will send His angel with you and ^[a]prosper your way; and you shall take a wife for my son from my family and from my father’s house.

^51 (A)Here is Rebekah before you; take her and go, and let her be your master’s son’s wife, as the Lord has spoken.”

⁵⁶ And he said to them, “Do not ^[a]hinder me, since the Lord has prospered my way; send me away so that I may go to my master.”

²⁰ But Isaac said to his son, “How is it that you have found it so quickly, my son?”

And he said, “Because the Lord your God brought it to me.”

¹¹ O Lord, I pray, please ^(A)let Your ear be attentive to the prayer of Your servant, and to the prayer of Your servants who ^(B)desire to fear Your name; and let Your servant prosper this day, I pray, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man.”
