²² The Lord God said, “Since man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil, he must not reach out, take from the tree of life, eat, and live forever.”^(A)

⁷ “Anyone who has an ear should listen to what the Spirit says to the churches. I will give the victor^(A) the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in^[a] God’s paradise.^(B)

² down the middle of the broad street of the city. The tree of life^[a] was on both sides of the river, bearing 12 kinds of fruit, producing its fruit every month.^(A) The leaves of the tree are for healing the nations,
