⁴ who despises a vile person
    but honors^(A) those who fear the Lord;
who keeps an oath^(B) even when it hurts,
    and does not change their mind;

²³ Those who sacrifice thank offerings honor me,
    and to the blameless^[a] I will show my salvation.^(A)”

³¹ Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker,^(A)
    but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.^(B)
