Haggai 1:10-12
Living Bible
10 That is why I am holding back the rains from heaven and giving you such scant crops. 11 In fact, I have called for a drought upon the land, yes, and in the highlands too—a drought to wither the grain and grapes and olives and all your other crops, a drought to starve both you and all your cattle and ruin everything you have worked so hard to get.”
12 Then Zerubbabel (son of Shealtiel), the governor of Judah, and Joshua (son of Josedech), the High Priest, and the few people remaining in the land obeyed Haggai’s message from the Lord their God; they began to worship him in earnest.

New International Version
10 Therefore, because of you the heavens have withheld(A) their dew(B) and the earth its crops.(C) 11 I called for a drought(D) on the fields and the mountains,(E) on the grain, the new wine,(F) the olive oil(G) and everything else the ground produces, on people and livestock, and on all the labor of your hands.(H)”
12 Then Zerubbabel(I) son of Shealtiel, Joshua son of Jozadak, the high priest, and the whole remnant(J) of the people obeyed(K) the voice of the Lord their God and the message of the prophet Haggai, because the Lord their God had sent him. And the people feared(L) the Lord.
