Hebrews 12:11-13

11 And all discipline (A)for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful, but to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the (B)peaceful fruit of righteousness.
12 Therefore, [a](C)strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble, 13 and (D)make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint, but rather (E)be healed.

11 No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace(A) for those who have been trained by it.
12 Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees.(B) 13 “Make level paths for your feet,”[a](C) so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.(D)
