Hebrews 12:28-29

28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that can’t be shaken, let’s continue to express our gratitude.[a] With this gratitude, let’s serve[b] in a way that is pleasing to God with respect and awe, 29 because our God really is a consuming fire.

28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken,(A) let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe,(B) 29 for our “God is a consuming fire.”[a](C)
