13 and again [in Isa 8:17], “I will be trusting[a] in Him”; and again [in Isa 8:18], “Behold— I and the children whom God gave to Me”.
So The Son Took On Mortal Flesh And Died To Release Us From The Power of Death
14 Therefore, since the children have shared of blood and flesh, He Himself also similarly partook of the same things in order that through death He might do-away-with[b] the one having the power of death (that is, the devil), 15 and release these: all-who by the fear of death were subject-to[c] slavery through all their living.

13 And again,
And again he says,
14 Since the children have flesh and blood,(C) he too shared in their humanity(D) so that by his death he might break the power(E) of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil(F)— 15 and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear(G) of death.
