Hebrews 2:8-10

8 subjecting all things under their feet.”
Now in subjecting all things to them, God[a] left nothing outside their control. As it is, we do not yet see everything in subjection to them,(A) 9 but we do see Jesus, who for a little while was made lower[b] than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God[c] he might taste death for everyone.(B)
10 It was fitting that God,[d] for whom and through whom all things exist, in bringing many children to glory, should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through sufferings.(C)

In putting everything under them,[c] God left nothing that is not subject to them.[d] Yet at present we do not see everything subject to them.[e] 9 But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor(B) because he suffered death,(C) so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.(D)
10 In bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists,(E) should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through what he suffered.(F)
