Hebrews 3:1-3 New Revised Standard Version, Anglicised Catholic Edition (NRSVACE)

Moses a Servant, Christ a Son

Therefore, brothers and sisters,[a] holy partners in a heavenly calling, consider that Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession, was faithful to the one who appointed him, just as Moses also ‘was faithful in all[b] God’s[c] house.’ Yet Jesus[d] is worthy of more glory than Moses, just as the builder of a house has more honour than the house itself.

Hebrews 3:1-3 New International Version (NIV)

Jesus Greater Than Moses

Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle and high priest. He was faithful to the one who appointed him, just as Moses was faithful in all God’s house. Jesus has been found worthy of greater honor than Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself.
