Hosea 13:15-16

15 Though he (A)flourishes among the [a]reeds,
An (B)east wind will come,
The wind of the Lord coming up from the wilderness;
And his fountain will (C)become dry
And his spring will be dried up;
It will (D)plunder his treasury of every precious article.
16 [b]Samaria will be held (E)guilty,
For she has (F)rebelled against her God.
(G)They will fall by the (H)sword,
Their little ones will be (I)dashed in pieces,
And their pregnant (J)women will be ripped open.

15 even though he thrives(A) among his brothers.
An east wind(B) from the Lord will come,
blowing in from the desert;
his spring will fail
and his well dry up.(C)
His storehouse will be plundered(D)
of all its treasures.
16 The people of Samaria(E) must bear their guilt,(F)
because they have rebelled(G) against their God.
They will fall by the sword;(H)
their little ones will be dashed(I) to the ground,
