7 Those who (A)live in his shadow
Will [a]again raise (B)grain,
And they will blossom like the vine.
His renown will be like the wine of Lebanon.
8 O Ephraim, what more have I to do with (C)idols?
It is I who answer and look after [b]you.
I am like a luxuriant (D)cypress;
From (E)Me comes your fruit.
9 (F)Whoever is wise, let him understand these things;
Whoever is discerning, let him know them.
For the (G)ways of the Lord are right,
And the (H)righteous will walk in them,
But (I)transgressors will stumble in them.

8 Ephraim, what more have I[a] to do with idols?(E)
I will answer him and care for him.
I am like a flourishing juniper;(F)
your fruitfulness comes from me.”
