Isaiah 34:17-35:2

New International Version

35 The desert^(C) and the parched land will be glad;
    the wilderness will rejoice and blossom.^(D)
Like the crocus,^{(E) 2} it will burst into bloom;
    it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy.^(F)
The glory of Lebanon^(G) will be given to it,
    the splendor of Carmel^(H) and Sharon;^(I)
they will see the glory^(J) of the Lord,
    the splendor of our God.^(K)
