⁷ And when they say to you, ‘Why do you groan?’ you shall say, ‘Because of the ^(A)news that is coming; and ^(B)every heart will melt, all hands will be feeble, every spirit will ^[a]faint and all knees will ^[b]be weak as water. Behold, it comes and it will happen,’ declares the Lord ^[c]God.”

¹⁴ Can ^(A)your heart endure, or can your hands be strong in the days that I will deal with you? ^(B)I, the Lord, have spoken and will act.
