Isaiah 14:30-32

30 And the firstborn of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety; and I will kill thy root with famine, and he shall slay thy remnant.
31 Howl, O gate! Cry, O city! Thou, whole Philistia art dissolved! For there shall come from the north a smoke, and none shall be alone in his appointed times.”
32 What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? “That the Lord hath founded Zion, and the poor of His people shall trust in it.”

30 The poorest of the poor will find pasture,
and the needy(A) will lie down in safety.(B)
But your root I will destroy by famine;(C)
it will slay(D) your survivors.(E)
31 Wail,(F) you gate!(G) Howl, you city!
Melt away, all you Philistines!(H)
A cloud of smoke comes from the north,(I)
and there is not a straggler in its ranks.(J)
32 What answer shall be given
to the envoys(K) of that nation?
“The Lord has established Zion,(L)
and in her his afflicted people will find refuge.(M)”
