17 The land of Judah will terrify Egypt; whenever Judah is mentioned, Egypt will tremble because of what the Lord of Armies has planned(A) against it.
18 On that day five cities in the land of Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear loyalty to the Lord of Armies. One of the cities will be called the City of the Sun.[a][b]
19 On that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the center of the land of Egypt and a pillar to the Lord near her border.(B)

Isaiah 19:17-19
New International Version
17 And the land of Judah will bring terror to the Egyptians; everyone to whom Judah is mentioned will be terrified,(A) because of what the Lord Almighty is planning(B) against them.
18 In that day(C) five cities(D) in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance(E) to the Lord Almighty. One of them will be called the City of the Sun.[a](F)
19 In that day(G) there will be an altar(H) to the Lord in the heart of Egypt,(I) and a monument(J) to the Lord at its border.
