Modern English Version
17 The land of Judah shall become a terror to Egypt. Everyone to whom it is mentioned shall be in dread of it, because of the counsel of the Lord of Hosts which He has determined against it.
18 In that day five cities in the land of Egypt shall speak the language of Canaan and swear to the Lord of Hosts. One shall be called the City of Destruction.
19 In that day there shall be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the Lord at its border.

Isaiah 19:17-19
New International Version
17 And the land of Judah will bring terror to the Egyptians; everyone to whom Judah is mentioned will be terrified,(A) because of what the Lord Almighty is planning(B) against them.
18 In that day(C) five cities(D) in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance(E) to the Lord Almighty. One of them will be called the City of the Sun.[a](F)
19 In that day(G) there will be an altar(H) to the Lord in the heart of Egypt,(I) and a monument(J) to the Lord at its border.
