World English Bible
17 The land of Judah will become a terror to Egypt. Everyone to whom mention is made of it will be afraid, because of the plans of Yahweh of Armies, which he determines against it. 18 In that day, there will be five cities in the land of Egypt that speak the language of Canaan, and swear to Yahweh of Armies. One will be called “The city of destruction.”
19 In that day, there will be an altar to Yahweh in the middle of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to Yahweh at its border.

Isaiah 19:17-19
New International Version
17 And the land of Judah will bring terror to the Egyptians; everyone to whom Judah is mentioned will be terrified,(A) because of what the Lord Almighty is planning(B) against them.
18 In that day(C) five cities(D) in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance(E) to the Lord Almighty. One of them will be called the City of the Sun.[a](F)
19 In that day(G) there will be an altar(H) to the Lord in the heart of Egypt,(I) and a monument(J) to the Lord at its border.
