Isaiah 22:4-6
New American Standard Bible
4 Therefore I say, “Look away from me,
Let me (A)weep bitterly,
Do not [a]try to comfort me concerning the destruction of the daughter of my people.”
5 (B)For the Lord [b]God of armies has a (C)day of panic, (D)subjugation, and confusion
(E)In the valley of vision,
A breaking down of walls
And a crying [c]to the mountain.
6 (F)Elam picked up the quiver,
With the chariots, [d]infantry, and horsemen;
And (G)Kir uncovered the shield.
