24 Does he who plows to sow plow continually? Does he keep turning the soil and breaking the clods? 25 When he has leveled its surface, doesn’t he plant the dill, and scatter the cumin seed, and put in the wheat in rows, the barley in the appointed place, and the spelt in its place? 26 For his God instructs him in right judgment and teaches him.

24 When a farmer plows for planting,(A) does he plow continually?
Does he keep on breaking up and working the soil?
25 When he has leveled the surface,
does he not sow caraway and scatter cumin?(B)
Does he not plant wheat in its place,[a]
barley(C) in its plot,[b]
and spelt(D) in its field?
26 His God instructs him
and teaches(E) him the right way.
