World English Bible
19 The humble also will increase their joy in Yahweh, and the poor among men will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. 20 For the ruthless is brought to nothing, and the scoffer ceases, and all those who are alert to do evil are cut off— 21 who cause a person to be indicted by a word, and lay a snare for one who reproves in the gate, and who deprive the innocent of justice with false testimony.

New International Version
19 Once more the humble(A) will rejoice in the Lord;
the needy(B) will rejoice in the Holy One(C) of Israel.
20 The ruthless(D) will vanish,(E)
the mockers(F) will disappear,
and all who have an eye for evil(G) will be cut down—
21 those who with a word make someone out to be guilty,
who ensnare the defender in court(H)
and with false testimony(I) deprive the innocent of justice.(J)
