14 Yahweh enters into judgment with the elders of his people and its princes.
“And you! You have devoured the vineyard;
    the spoil of the poor is in your houses!
15 Why[a] do you crush my people
    and grind the face of the poor?”

16 The Lord says,
    “The women of Zion(H) are haughty,
walking along with outstretched necks,(I)
    flirting with their eyes,
strutting along with swaying hips,
    with ornaments jingling on their ankles.
