¹⁹ And I will ^(A)give them one heart, and put a new spirit within ^[a]them. And I will take the ^(B)heart of stone out of their flesh and give them a ^(C)heart of flesh,

²⁷ I will ^(A)put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.

⁶ I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin and put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will ^(A)know that I am the Lord.’”

⁹ Then He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord God, “Come from the four winds, O breath, and ^(A)breathe on these slain, that they ^(B)come to life.”’”

²⁹ I will not hide My face from them any longer, for I will have ^(A)poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,” declares the Lord God.

The Promise of the Spirit

¹⁰ “I will ^(A)pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, ^[a]the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have ^(B)pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one ^(C)mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn.
