Isaiah 33:16-18
Living Bible

16 Such as these shall dwell on high. The rocks of the mountains will be their fortress of safety; food will be supplied to them, and they will have all the water they need.

17 Your eyes will see the King in his beauty and the highlands of heaven far away. 18 Your mind will think back to this time of terror when the Assyrian officers outside your walls are counting your towers and estimating how much they will get from your fallen city.

New International Version

16 they are the ones who will dwell on the heights,(A)
    whose refuge(B) will be the mountain fortress.(C)
Their bread will be supplied,
    and water will not fail(D) them.

17 Your eyes will see the king(E) in his beauty(F)
    and view a land that stretches afar.(G)
18 In your thoughts you will ponder the former terror:(H)
    “Where is that chief officer?
Where is the one who took the revenue?
    Where is the officer in charge of the towers?(I)”
