The Lord is exalted, for He dwells on high;
He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness.
And He will be the [a]stability of your times,
A wealth of salvation, wisdom and knowledge;
The fear of the Lord is his treasure.
Behold, their brave men cry in [b]the streets,
The [c]ambassadors of peace weep bitterly.

Isaiah 33:5-7 New International Version (NIV)

The Lord is exalted, for he dwells on high;
    he will fill Zion with his justice and righteousness.
He will be the sure foundation for your times,
    a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge;
    the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure.[a]

Look, their brave men cry aloud in the streets;
    the envoys of peace weep bitterly.

And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the Lord is his treasure.
