3 Their slain shall be cast out,
and (A)the stench of their corpses shall rise;
(B)the mountains shall flow with their blood.
4 (C)All the host of heaven shall rot away,
and the skies roll up like a scroll.
All their host shall fall,
as leaves fall from the vine,
like leaves falling from the fig tree.
5 For my sword has drunk its fill in the heavens;
behold, it descends for judgement upon (D)Edom,
upon the people (E)I have devoted to destruction.

4 All the stars in the sky will be dissolved(E)
and the heavens rolled up(F) like a scroll;
all the starry host will fall(G)
like withered(H) leaves from the vine,
like shriveled figs from the fig tree.

4 And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.
5 For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.
