⁸ For Yahweh has a day of ^(A)vengeance,
A year of recompense for the ^[a]cause of Zion.

⁴ Say to those with an ^(A)anxious heart,
“Be strong, fear not.
Behold, your God will come with ^(B)vengeance;
The ^(C)recompense of God will come,
But He will ^(D)save you.”

² To ^(A)proclaim the favorable year of Yahweh
And the ^(B)day of vengeance of our God,
To ^(C)comfort all who mourn,
