²¹the people whom I formed for myself
and^[a] so that they may speak^[b] my praise.”

²²“And^[c] yet you didn’t call upon me, Jacob;
    indeed, you are tired of me, Israel!
²³You haven’t brought me your sheep for a burnt offering,^[d]
    nor have you honored me with^[e] your sacrifices,
nor have you made meal offerings for me^[f]—
    yet I have not tired you about incense!
