⁷ Because the Sovereign Lord^(A) helps^(B) me,
    I will not be disgraced.
Therefore have I set my face like flint,^(C)
    and I know I will not be put to shame.^(D)

²⁷ “I have made you a tester^(A) of metals
    and my people the ore,
that you may observe
    and test their ways.

²⁰ I will make you a wall^(A) to this people,
    a fortified wall of bronze;
they will fight against you
    but will not overcome^(B) you,
for I am with you
    to rescue and save you,”^(C)
declares the Lord.
