10 Was it not You who (A)dried up the sea,
The waters of the great deep;
Who made the depths of the sea a pathway
For the (B)redeemed to cross over?
11 So the (C)ransomed of the Lord will return
And come with joyful shouting to Zion,
And (D)everlasting joy will be on their heads.
They will obtain gladness and joy,
And (E)sorrow and sighing will flee away.
12 “I, even I, am He who (F)comforts you.
Who are you that you are afraid of (G)man who dies
And of the son of man who is made (H)like grass,

so that the redeemed(D) might cross over?
11 Those the Lord has rescued(E) will return.
They will enter Zion with singing;(F)
everlasting joy will crown their heads.
Gladness and joy(G) will overtake them,
and sorrow and sighing will flee away.(H)
