4 “(A)Pay attention to Me, O My people,
And give ear to Me, O My [a]nation;
For a (B)law will go forth from Me,
And I will [b]set My (C)justice for a (D)light of the peoples.
5 “My (E)righteousness is near, My salvation has gone forth,
And My (F)arms will judge the peoples;
The (G)coastlands will wait for Me,
And for My (H)arm they will wait expectantly.
6 “(I)Lift up your eyes to the sky,
Then look to the earth beneath;
For the (J)sky will vanish like smoke,
And the (K)earth will wear out like a garment
And its inhabitants will die [c]in like manner;
But My (L)salvation will be forever,
And My righteousness will not [d]wane.

hear me,(B) my nation:
Instruction(C) will go out from me;
my justice(D) will become a light to the nations.(E)
5 My righteousness draws near speedily,
my salvation(F) is on the way,(G)
and my arm(H) will bring justice to the nations.
The islands(I) will look to me
and wait in hope(J) for my arm.
6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens,
look at the earth beneath;
the heavens will vanish like smoke,(K)
the earth will wear out like a garment(L)
and its inhabitants die like flies.
But my salvation(M) will last forever,(N)
my righteousness will never fail.(O)
